These Terms and Conditions govern access to and browsing of the website tabernadopoucaroupa.pt. By accessing and using this website, the user agrees to these conditions.

3. Menu, Prices and Availability

3.1. The dishes, specialties and prices displayed on the online menu are for informational purposes and reflect the prices practiced at the restaurant (VAT included at the legal rate in force).

3.2. Since we work primarily with fresh fish and seafood from the coast of Nazaré, the availability of certain dishes or species is subject to the daily catch and local market seasonality.

3.3. The physical menu displayed inside the restaurant always prevails in case of any occasional update.

4. Table Reservations

4.1. Table reservation requests can be made directly by phone (+351 916 522 718) or through the WhatsApp button available on the website.

4.2. Any request sent by message is only considered confirmed after express validation by the Taberna do Pouca Roupa team.

4.3. We kindly ask our guests to inform us in advance in case of a delay exceeding 15 minutes or if a reservation needs to be cancelled.

5. Allergens and Food Intolerances

If you have any food allergy or intolerance, please always inform our staff when ordering or booking so we can provide complete information regarding the ingredients of each dish.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including texts, dish photographs, logos, illustrations and visual identity of Taberna do Pouca Roupa — is protected by copyright and may not be reproduced or used commercially without prior authorization.
